 The

strong, high-quality plate heating elements is laser beam
welding. All AXERO™ heating elements have laser beam
edge welds and spot welds. The main benefits of this technology
are as follows:

The laser beam
weld can be made in any diameter resulting in fewer,
larger, and stronger welds.

The laser beam weld has
less energy input and a smaller heat affected zone.

Heating elements can be visually inspected from both
sides of the plate.

Laser beam welding permits the
manufacture of longer heating elements.
